What a seat buys, the refund rule, and who you are dealing with.
The party
Hack The Planet LLC sells the seats and signs the assessment and build contracts. Zero Day AI Labs is the name it trades under on this site.
A seat
A seat is one place in one course for one cohort. It includes every live session of that course, every lab, the recordings of every session, a tenant on the lab cluster for the length of the cohort plus one week, and the private cohort channel on Discord. A seat is for one person. A team seat is the same thing bought in a block.
The refund rule
A seat is refunded in full, for any reason, until the first live session of the cohort starts. After that session there is no refund. Write to class@zero-day.ai before the first session and the refund goes back to the card that paid.
What you keep
Everything you build in a course is yours. The course repository, the manifests, and the code you write stay with you. The recordings are for your own use and are not for redistribution.
Changes to a cohort
If we move a cohort’s start date, every buyer hears first and may take the full refund instead. If we cancel a cohort, every seat is refunded in full.
Questions
Write to class@zero-day.ai about a seat you hold, or to info@zero-day.ai about anything else.
